FLPC Weekly Chart: Sweet Weeky close above MA's(10 & 20).......1st close above MA(20) since Sept. 2012......
1st resistance is the Upper Bollinger Band @ 0.0097......1st Moving Average resistance level is MA(50) @ 0.02......SAR @ 0.0145......Keep an EYE on that level.......when FLPC breaks 0.0145 SAR(orange dots) will flip & trigger a major Buy Signal........
Fast & Full Sto's coming off Oversold levels w/ a TON of juce to run.......not Overbought until 80......all the room in the world to run.......DMI w/ ADX triggered a BUY Signal last week.......+DI(green line) Bullish Crossed -DI(red line).......shows the Bulls are in complete control......
CCI broke 0.......Wm%R is coming off Oversold levels......MACD looks very Bullish.......RSI @ 42.79 & headed for 50 Bull Zone.......RSI is @ it's highest level since Nov. 2012.....
