I hope you're right but we had our day in court already Gails. I like that you're still singing the RPH Fight song but what makes you think they'll get a fair trial if a retrial is granted? All he had to do the first time was prove ownership of the bonds. That would prove CSHD was no pump and dump thus the SEC owes us for their over zealous actions. Was the 19 million in interest from the 500M Caracus Group bond actually received? Why did Rufus sign off on the Sept 2006 financials as CEO and not the CFO?

I've tried to stay neutral about what happened but I have a few ponies in this race. So obvioulsy, I want Rufus to succeed like you do. There were people that made money here and stabbed Rufus in the back...Et Tu Perley, Alexander, Dabbs, Maddalon? WHO ELSE? Rufus, Ben, Horton were the Scapegoats. Why did Horton plead guilty?
