WIV, How do you know about a Florida contingent that holds so many shares?
If this is true, wouldn't their sole interest be in either long term investment or at the minimum, holding out for a nice profit visa vie a buyout, or holding until they are happy with the return they would get.
So why is everyone so worried about performance when you have a large player to help protect on the downside.
To me, we are approaching a pinnacle of "make or break." EPA will probably pass (JMHO) and the patent will also likely be approved (JMHO) which only leaves the "sales process" of getting the hospitals to see the value of eradicating as many HAI's as possible.
$75,000 ( or $95,000 ) is not much, to a large hospital, compared to what they spend on many other aspects of day to day expenditures. Particularly if it will be used in ICU, CCU, PICU, OR, etc. where rapid turnover is essential.
I just can't see this entire approach failing, except from a marketing problem and money could fix that.
