LOCH-HARRIS litigation? We are in the dark on that one. Or at least I am. Has the SEC filed again? The defense that the "TECH" is still in development has lost some PIZAZZ with the presentation of Valimed.. Though there is still some claims being made re "homeland security"..

Though based on the same GENERAL simple principle..well known and NOT revolutionary.. Comparison of VALIMED to ELF/VAMMP..
there are many differences.. distance of detection claimed, difference of environment (totally enclosed, (VALIMED) vs out in the open (explosives detection).. different stimulation (UV VALIMED, Secret X-ray wavelength, Explosives detection).., etc.

There seems to be enough differences to weaken considerably the defense that the TECH is still under development.
