Ok Finbar. Tell me what a NPI stands for. I am an engineer not a contract specialist or a Bussiness major. As far as I am concerned NPI means Not Plugged In.
However, I cannot see where NPI is in any of this documentation. Maybe I am missing something. So where do you see NPI in this section of the news release or any part of the news release for that matter.
"As previously announced, the assets were purchased through a court-supervised auction of assets formerly controlled and operated by certain subsidiaries of Great Basin Gold Limited.
The purchase price for the assets, consisted of initial cash consideration of up to $15mm, plus a 15% net profits royalty agreement that can be terminated after 5 years."
When I read something stating that a company gets a 15% net profits royalty. To me that means the company gets 15% of the net profits. In our case for Hollister. It will go to pay off the creditors and what ever might be left over after a couple of years will go to GBG.
So for you to sit there and tell me that the cash price for Hollister was only 15 Mil is BS. If 30 Mil ends up going to the creditors from the 15% net royalties and GBG gets nothing, then the total sale for Holister ended up being 45 Mil.
So tell me what NPI stands for in your world.
