And the point is, NTEK OS shares are being retired. Doesn't matter where they come from. They will not be placed into the market, in other words the OS is decreased. Whats left in the OS are worth more per share. Greater value! END OF STORY, MATTER CLOSED, DISCUSSION OVER. GLTY
