This what actually got me into buying the company at the time. The question you should ask yourself is where does dmrj see this company going when they agreed to convert portions of the debt at 1.09 and 1.18 a share. Why would they agree to do that? Make no mistake dmrj is here to make money too, but they can see the potential here more then anyone. There are several more reasons but that really is the bottom line.
