I'm not talking about an individual person. I'm talking about a business. For a business to use this they need to have an account setup with the bank of Kentucky who is providing the gateway to the federal reserve right? The transaction must go through the bank of Kentucky? BTW I am doing my own DD but since the company won't answer my question by email I thought maybe somebody here would know.
