Yes. The OTCBB has the reputation of being "sketchy" among other things like not being served well by online brokers favoring the big boards or being driven by payments for order flows. Yet, there are reports here on the FNMA forum of quick buy and sell order fills. But since there is usually no mention of the trading workstation set up, it is hard to determine what the differences experienced in order execution is attributable to in each case and in general. Certainly, a DAT or DMA workstation is speedier than an online brokerage that selectively routes to an MM or ECN by payment for order flow.

As you say, being aware of and adapting well to a changing FNMA trading environment (and let's not forget FMCC that mirrors FNMA) with its blessing and curses is something to sit down and consider.
