Love your enthusiam; prepare yourself for reality!

Waterton Global may have a JV with Hollister and ABG http://www.africanbarrickgold.com/ or the Chinese may have purchased Burstone and some of our African assets. We hope!

I see each shareholder walking away with .1 pps for Burstone if we are lucky and a weak 80% Waterton/ 20% GBG JV.

IMO, this would be a dream scenario and we will not be trading on the NYSE for at least a year.

We need a much higher POG for this all to explode asap! If the price of gold was well above $1700 USD well...

Waterton Global Resources JV examples and look at the low stock prices.

Gryphon Gold .02 pps http://www.gryphongold.com/investors/stock_info/

Sage Gold Inc. .04 pps

Scorpio Gold .25 pps

"...Waterton Global Resource Management invests in producing and late-stage development assets in politically stable geographies, through joint ventures, partnerships and acquisitions. We have assembled a multi-disciplinary technical team with extensive expertise evaluating, developing and operating precious metals mining projects throughout the world..."

If the Chinese really wanted Burnstone and the other bids were extremely strong??? Maybe we will see .30 pps and absolutely no JV! Remember the Chinese are still contemplating purchasing ABG so...

Anything above .03 pps is a blessing IMHO; we would all love to see .30 pps but this level of payment with the present price of gold is highly unlikely.

Cheers,

PS Remember if GBG cannot make certain payments to Waterton over several years if we have a JV ; we will have to give Hollister to Waterton so ...
