I am a little (actually very) confused here. PROT spun off almost all of its 'assets' to the new BVI traded entity of PROT LTD (effective 1/18/13). Some remaining pieces (heart, diabetes, etc) remained in the former entity, that was to be renamed StromaCel (sp). We are waiting for FINRA to approve the issuance of the PROT LTD shares. If I owned the original PROT on 1/18/13, then I would get those new PROT LTD shares (which you say are the EURO ones?). I do not understand the issue. Am I incorrect in any of this?
