I believe they sell it as is - to be refined by others - they do not refine it or crack it - somewhat like Agilyx.

Edit:
About Us

Cassandra Oil was formed in 2011 to industrialize and commercialize a patented, scalable reactor technology for the production of oil on its own or in collaboration with partners.

The oil produced from hydrocarbon materials, such as used tires, plastic waste, "oljesludge" waste oil and, eventually, oil sands, oil shale and electronic scrap. The availability of raw materials is expected to be virtually inexhaustible.

The oil, which corresponds to the quality of marine diesel engine, can be sold on the open oil market or directly to energy-intensive industries.

An important strategy for Cassandra Oil is to ensure access to materials through long delivery contracts with contract partners, especially in waste management and oil industry.

Competitive technology
Cassandra Oil's operations are based on a patented reactor technology that makes it possible to use include "cat-cracking" break the bond between the hydrocarbon chains, thereby creating light fractions of oil. The technology provides a number of advantages;

High efficiency (up to 90%)
Enables the production of a wide range of hydrocarbon waste without requiring any sort of hydrocarbon material
Low power consumption (about 10-15% of the oil produced is consumed for operation of the reactor)

Production of oil with new technology

Cassandra Oil is a Swedish company with the help of new technology produces oil from hydrocarbon materials, such as used tires, plastic waste, "oljesludge" waste oil and, eventually, oil sands, oil shale and electronic scrap.

Reactor model CASO 600

Cassandra Oil's operations are based on patented reactor technology that makes it possible to use "cat-cracking" break the bond between the hydrocarbon chains, thereby creating light fractions of oil. The quality corresponds to the oil produced marine diesel.

Cassandra Oil's technology enables the production of oil at low cost through an environmentally friendly process that minimizes emissions of pollutants, such as sulfur.

The oil will be disposed of on the open market or sold directly to users in the energy-intensive industry.
