The Eclipse by Fujitsu Ten initiative continues on course, as does our advancement into telematics. We completed our portion of the industrial design for Eclipse by Fujitsu Ten, and expect them to begin taking delivery of finished goods and offering the product through retail outlets this year. e.Digital Corporation (OTC: EDIG) and independent systems integrator Softeq Development Corporation have entered into an agreement to partner on the development of new products for the digital audio market.
The agreement paves the way for the companies to collaborate on the development of products using e.Digital’s patented MicroOSTM technology and applying its expertise in portable product design

We are currently pursuing licensing opportunities with OEMs interested in customizing our personal video system for a variety of specifications and products including in-home and automotive applications.

One of the other business opportunities for our proprietary automotive infotainment platform we have been working on for the last several months, features video, audio and satellite compatibility for manufacture and branding by a tier one supplier to the installed automotive industry. We have made significant progress on this business opportunity, which has substantial long-term potential. Because this product is targeted at the installed automotive industry, it could be two to four years before it would become widely available, if and when we finalize an agreement with this tier one supplier. We will provide further updates regarding this development as they become available.
