I understand LBHI retained ownership and servicing of Lehman Brothers Holdings Capital Trust VI Preferred Securities, Series K, L, M & N after the sale of LBI to Barclays in 2008. I own a number of these TruPs and the deferred dividends have reached their 20 quarter limit; soon triggering a default.

Could you please advise me of Lehman Brothers plans and intentions to pay the deferred dividends and avoid a default.
