I feel like a third grade teacher... OK,here it is.. Tucano was "probably" contingent on Embraer getting deal. It didnt happen. So, TADF said thanks,but we aint doing it,but we will call you if things change... Well guess what... Things just changed... Am I guaranteeing thats what happened? NO... But, very feasable...
