Please direct me to the link where he says " I promise to do a buyback ... " you cant, so your just putting words into something that was never said ... he said "plan to".

I suppose you can make all kinds of plans ... like I plan to get in my car in 5 minutes to get a hamburger from mcdonalds, but I might stop at burger king instead ... hell i might just get an ice cream for all I know ... but I cant promise that I will.
