what about Barclay's ? look what my persistence dredged up -more confusion on someone's part -since when is Barclays involved ? this requires some more digging for sure

Dear Mr. Tucker,
Thank you for your emails.

Barclays Capital is the surviving entity and they would be in position to determine the ultimate disposition.
My recommendation is to contact Barclays. Perhaps they have an information hotline number that they can direct you to.
I hope this helps.

Subject: Lehman's Capitol Trust preferred

I own LEHLQ and LHHMQ as they stand any distributions are being reallocated to the senior debt . Will this reallocation cease once the POR distributions are complete on the next payment ? The CT holders were told in the beginning that no money was expected to reach them(class 10B), is that still the case?
Any light you can shed would be much appreciated as this court talk is hard to understand for a common layman. Is there any chance Lehman’s will emerge with a company to build from or will they sell every last thing the own even after the POR is satisfied and all claims are settled?
LHHMQ had gone past the 20qtr dividend deferral does that mean it is in default or was it in default from the BK?

Thank you for your time

Ron Tucker
