? So FITX has the legal authority to use THC whether local or federal which is what they would need to claim they are in the medical MJ biz. As far as I read they do not have these licenses. So how can they claim to be in the MJ biz? This is not rocket science. Nor is it a fine line between recreational or medical. That has nothing to do with the question of are they in the biz or not. The true answer is no. So why spin to claim that. I'm long this stock and credibility is eroding every time a false claim is spun to sound like something it isn't. To rephrase the question. Does FITX have the legal authority/licenses acquired through whatever local, state or federal agencies to use THC in their products? The answer is no. It is that simple.
