1. It's not even at .0002 yet.
2. There's been no announcement of a buyback and it's required.
3. If one was announced, the stock would climb, not fall to .0002 where they could buy it back.
4. How in the world would it stay at .0002 while they buy 5 billion shares?
5. If they bought 5 billion shares, that's all the shares. Everyone is going to sell at .0002, leaving NEOM 100% owner?
