This is what troubled me too-
2nd, if the paperwork for the leases is still in processing, why did they PR the lease acquisition? the BLM says that any party can protest or dispute the lease all the way up to the actual filing with the BLM. So far, no filing exists with them regarding either lease. So, technically speaking, it ain't official
For all that say the company is being vague "on purpose" to somewow facilitate a lower price for the buyback- I strongly disagree- If that is the case why release some bogus 15,000 bl per day well PR ? For the following days that's all a lot of you wanted to talk about- and it seems more like a PR to pump the stock rather than quitely accumulate with. And on that note- I wonder when management knew that PR wasn't true? I mean do you think they just found out it was false yesterday morning? I know I posted along with several others that that PR was pretty whack- Powerpole even called the company and got it confirmed. That same PR was still on the company's website last night [I haven't checked this morning] . just did hmmm
