No one likes someone who pads their pocket with shareholder money. It will benefit everyone if he resigns now before it gets nasty. I am sure they will discuss it behind closed doors and he will step away quietly. Just like politicians who resign before they embarrass everyone around them. I use words like thief he considers himself generous to his friends and family with other people's money. Had he stayed private no one would care but when he went public he became a criminal. As a sidebar, I do think he what he has done with the company is great. It is just a shame that he became corrupt with power.
