I'm pretty sure that the are not obligated to complete a well (first well) by December 31 however I think that they are going to start now that they have position staked and if everything is straight why wait? I think people are not reading into the data and understanding the information correctly. I don't wanna start the 10-k error debate again but if you use logic you know whats up for real... If the lease requirements are not going to be met why would they double their land lease agreement? I think y'all need to do some homework and realize you want to be a part of this.
