RC, Thank you. I am not an attorney but from what I can translate the only outcome from this was plaintiff claim against Paul and Carolyn was denied because of lack of evidence. Blackburn however was held liable for three promissory notes in the amount of ~$250,000. I also saw a judicial docket I believe in Feb 2013 that Highland was awarded $25,000 from Paul and Carolyn for legal fees. Again, not an attorney so I could be wrong or missed something.
Hypothetically, how long after Chapter 7 could a company do business again? Can it ever do business again? I think a personal chapter 7 remains on record for seven years. Is it the same for corporations?
