No need to worry. This price cannot jump as a result of dillution, but will jump eventually I called this yesterday.

The company has been paying for things with shares, and when that happens those shares need to be sold. The good news is that this recent good PR has made it possible for these shares to be unloaded at a higher then normal price. I predict that we will move to the mid .04s again, but will be able to make permanent gains with each new financial statement that comes out in the future. Assuming that the dillution stops soon.

I am long PHOT. I believe this sector is growing, and that this is a good company to grow with!
