What can happen as a result of all we just read??

They have registered to sell all of their shares. They can sell them all to a single entity at any price that they negotiate.

They do not have to sell them on the OTCBB.

As I noted in an earlier post, I smelled sellout. I smell it stronger now.

IF some entity buys them out..what would happen to the shareholders shares? I dunno...but I doubt that it would be good for them.
