Well said! Yes the lack of institutionals is a big part of it, also the fact we have so many shares out also hurts this stock, it is hard to move the PPS on mom and pop buying small amounts when we have so many outstanding shares, a lot more than most biotechs, especially at this low PPS. I am also waiting for CD data I also think that will be the real driver for this company and stock. I estimate we're close to $1 ahead of CD data Q1'2014.

Ive only been trading 1 year and 1 month now ever so I get a little excited and impatient sometimes..Im getting better at it but sometimes my age and impatience shows Im sorry. This is the only stock I own now, I believe so much in the company that I didn't even diversify (no use juggling a bunch of losers in this inflated broken market system) I stick with Inovio and ride the waves to mega profits one day...perhaps I should take alittle profits when Im up that much from now on..lessons learned!
