I think they are just waiting for Q2 to come. Think about it, they released news on Tuesday about new orders in India. My guess is they are diluting until the release of the Q2 results, which would explain the sudden decrease in PPS. For as much dilution as we've been seeing the PPS has stayed quite strong imo. Might be looking at the 0.05's or 0.06's very shortly...even if it's a small pop. I'll be out and looking for a re-entry point. Good luck.
