I don't remember anyone saying anything like that; I usually use the words "might", "may", "possibly", "probably", etc. when I suggest something I think could happen.

No one can be 100% sure of anything except death and taxes.
Penny stocks gives a person a high risk/reward ratio, when it comes to investments. Anyone who expects a "sure thing" is living in "lala-land".

But then again, people tend to misread and/or misinterpret what is written.
