IMO opinion, the site is live.
It is not suppose to have a "buy it now" button.
This is not a crappy little godaddy, build it yourself, paypal, kind of site.
These are custom done by programming professionals.
The pricing is for information only.
They are going to have a sales person contact you and go over what your needs and expectations for a mobile application are.
You also do realize, according to the recent PR's, they are in the middle a major contract, right.
Also, depending on your message, it may be clear, you just want to jawbone the CEO for stock information purposes, rather than actually buy something.
