I donot think they are short of interested parties. My understanding is Company was approached in the recent past with some buyout offers that Solomon rejected. If I remember correctly, on one of the 2012 CC (Q2 or Q3?) S alluded to that in passing by. Some of my contacts told me one offer came from Sweden. I would not be surprised that the same party were working hard to manipulate the pps down in order to come back with a lower offer.

But be assured that S is not going to sell this company behind our back. All IMO.

So viking, now we are supposed to believe according to you that the long-term decline in the share price is due to a conspiracy where a potential buyer of the company tries to bring down the share price? LMFAO

Why not focus on the management of SIAF and their policy of issuing an excessive amount of shares to fund an out-of-control expansion of the company?
