NCI, interesting action for sure. Heck I bought a nice stake at 14 but I was sitting at 11.5 and 10.5 with a really nice bid as well since I hoped that the gap will be closed. Unlucky it didn't. Even more unlucky for your bid at 12 cents. Let's see where it goes from here. Still pretty cheap here with all the new contracts lately.
