the .22 price target was given by a company who's track record is very terrible. the initial instinct is to assume that any research firm knows what they are doing, but in this case they probably dont. i have looked online to try and find a price target they made that actually happened and i cant a single one. maybe im wrong but if i am they are sure hiding their successes.

the most ridiculous PT i saw was something like 4.36 to a company who's stock price never went above a penny...
