What lawsuit? I have not seen any confirmation that a class action suit was confirmed or a lead plaintiff was named. My attorney once told me that there is no way to prevent a lawsuit. There are just precautions you can take to help obtain a positive outcome if you are in litigation. IMO the whole class action is a witch hunt and will probably be thrown out. The investigation from the SEC is for internal stock transactions years ago but I don't think there is a suit there. All I know for sure is that the science works for me and my family. I could be wrong about the rest.
