They could have received their shares but not sold them yet. Saying that the debt holders are paid off is very misleading. I am wondering how anyone would know if those shares have actually hit the market yet? Receiving the shares and getting them all sold are two very different things when it comes to finding the bottom. If there are millions left to sell, as I think there are, then the bottom is much lower than trip 4 in my opinion.
