That's EXACTLY my feelings

Probably is of no interest to you that I agree-- but that post hits the nail right on the head. If this is a real company, selling real product, then you guys deserve to reap the benefits of a soaring stock price. No equivocation.

My beef, all along, is that I don't see product being sold in more than token amounts. This from the company that claims to have invented this market. This from the company that is threatening to sue every other company in this market, but not following through on these highly promoted lawsuits.

Lots of promotion of these lawsuits. Lots of promotion of the CEO. Not a lot of promotion of the product direct to it's customers.

These lawsuits hindering licensing as no one is going to settle while there is multi year litigation on the validity of these patents in the very early stages.

Then we have these bizzare claimes that there is some agreement with WebMD because MMRF dropped the suit they never bothered to serve on WebMD. Was nothing learned from the Walgreens "Joint requests" for extensions? Walgreens goal is to delay the suit. Why would Walgreens refuse an MMRF request to delay their answer? When they filed the answer, it refuted all of those theories.

Then we have the CEO who seems to be obsessed with what is said on chat boards. How is anything posted on iHub affecting his business more than that contained in the Walgreens response to the lawsuit? Seriously, are the Chinese monitoring iHub to determine whether to do business with MMRF? Heck do you think WebMD or Walgreens gives a crop about what is said on iHub? So why is the CEO so obsessed with it? Why is the CEO threatening to sue a guy who sunk his family's life savings in MMRF stock and now having second thoughts?

Without a doubt. The CEO loses more shareholders to his threats on his investors than anything ever said by all of the critics of MMRF combined. The CEO brings an infinite amount of negative attention by his obsession with threatening iHub posters into submission. I never heard of MMRF until I heard the CEO was threatening people. Look how the negative attention has grown recently. Why? Because of the success of the company? Or because goofy PR's announcing big things that crush longs when they turn out to be phony puffery and then the resulting threats on anyone critical of the company or it's CEO.

As for the letter posted this morning, it contains 1 true fact. The MMRF CEO was not the CEO when the implosion hit. But it surely would appear that the implosion was caused by the deals signed by that CEO and the restatements of the financials signed off on by that CEO.

But the bottom line is why does he care care so much what is being said about what happened back then? Why isn't he dazzling us with his competence and dealmaking today? Are the 10 or 15 posts on that subject out of the thousands here hindering his dealmaking in the US and around the globe? Does any poster here have more power to influence than Fox and Friends???

Why is the CEO claiming to employ people on this messageboard?

that's scary

You know it. I know it. Everyone reading here knows it. feels it. gets a little bit creeped out when they see letters like that. At best it shows a CEO with a thin skin and an inability to focus on what he is paid a few hundred thousand dollars per year to do--run the business. At worst...(where there's smoke..)
