I bought an XMPCR (XMRadio for your computer) last year and love it. I always get a 100% Ground Signal and it's very small so I take it when I go on business trips and just put it next to a hotel window - plug it up to my laptop - and I got decent music to listen to while I drool over GZFX.
I'm not too big on specific radio shows (like Howard Stern) I just want good music with good variety and XMRadio gives me all the hits I want, alternative, and classical to keep me happy.
Check out their program site to see all the channels and what is played on each: http://www.xmradio.com/programming/index.jsp
Here is their full channel list: http://www.xmradio.com/programming/full_channel_listing.jsp?sort=number
Never tried but I have also heard good things about Sirius as well so I guess you can't go wrong with either one.
