I think everyone has to accept reality. Apex to be actually listed again is slim to none. The more realistic outcome is for some company to purchase the Apex interest in the SDL Itiyok I-27 well. Hopefully there would not be a consolidaion on the shares that everyone owns. Apex was a public company and is now a private company (there are alot of private companies that sell shares and doing very well) After a certain time I believe you could also sell your shares to someone else, check with the transfer agent on this. Well lets hope for the best, so sad about the website but after not getting paid for over two years I guess the webmaster finally gave up. All info is still availble and is ready to be once again published if the management cares to do the right thing.
