My guess would be that he really does not care about the stock price or he really can't do anything about it. To expound on that my guess on the first part is he got all of the financial gain he possibly could by selling many billions of shares at each level all the way down to this point. Now that the stock is virtually worthless he can no longer go to this well of potential dollars and just is dismissing the price. From this point on he will have to finance the company through subscriptions, ad revenue or any other type of financing he can get his hands on. Stock sales will no longer suffice.

The second scenario is that he was forced to sell shares all the way down to where we are now to keep the company afloat. He did lie to everyone that he was not doing it to protect the share price at each level so he could continue to sell shares at the highest price possible to realize the most dollars from his sales. Completely unethical but necessary from a business standpoint.

However no matter which reason he has chosen this path the reality is that the stock price and financial picture is in shambles. There is no way to stop the price from going to zero bid and .0001 ask short of buying back a big part of the float. Subscriptions and ad revenue would have to be monstrously huge to get the stock price up to any significant degree and keep it there with a 60 billion shares AS and who knows how much OS. There will be just too many people willing to sell their shares for any prices higher than what it is now.

All the above, or course, is just one man's opinion. Take it with a grain of salt.
