I finally reviewed the news article. There are 2 considerations on the table of which only one will take place.

I am expecting the name change BUT not the R/S. CPSZ is doing this to snap up cheap shares, I bet my last dollar that they will not do a R/S.

I guarantee they are doing a deliberate attempt to induce share holders to sell so they can load up cheaper. Watch how this plays out. Next week she will shoot up from these low levels. I expect them to change their mind about the R/S and by then they would have already obtained enough shares between today and Friday to rock foRward.
