2.92 vs 2.95 does not matter too much in terms of the ultimate close. What does matter is we are now about a week from the vote and each day DSS has not been able to be pushed down. Between the 200 MA and 3.00 a share being a round level that trader types use as resistance on the way up, there are sellers here. With that said, the merger is coming, more buyers should be coming and the sellers no longer can hit the stock down to any significance at all. In the trading world I live in, that usually signals higher prices.

The one thing I would like the management to do us stop talking about stock price. Complete the merger, get Novell to settle about 5%, and head into the markman with a very strong case and they will not have to worry about the $5 mark.
