I can see how my message was a bit harsh, however it was not a "personal attack." A personal attack is saying "You are a moron." A threat would be something like "I'm going to find you and punch your face in." My post was "Feel free to sell your position and/or go drown yourself. Either way take your negativity with you." In this case, I was suggesting that maybe the poster should threaten his or her self, but the reason was for a negative post by that person on a stock board that a lot of people are vested in and with no intrinsic value other than to make people feel bad about their stock positions... isn't that also a "personal attack?" Stock trading is legalized gambling. You would never go to a casino and stand at the craps table and tell the guy next to you "this game sucks, why would you make a terrible bet like that? You will never win back all you have lost here today..." You wouldn't do that would you? The guy I (less than gently) told to knock it off was doing just that. The difference is that he is a MODERATOR and I am not. A moderator can be as abrasive and derisive as they please and delete any contradicting positions/suspend any protestors. That is not fair...-
