Of course its all supply and demand. If you dilute, you create the supply hence we cant talk about a natural market anymore. If we take into account that the number of shares have doubled over the last 2 yrs or so, its basically killing the stock. And you absolutely know what was inevitable with such a dilution on OTC, hence you sold your shares immediately.
