If treasury interest is senior preferred shares, senior preferred has no voting rights or say in management of the company. They just hold the position under the terms of agreement. So, if treasury is involved in decisions of the company like changing the original agreement (8/12) and other policy changes like HAMP etc.. Isn't that a conflict of interest?
