there appears to be sells at 3.25 (wall) indicating the promoter is wanting to keep the price here to sell shares... If this is true than the first sign of weakness may trigger a massive unload.

also shorts are really hard to get so if I can get some shres I will, may even box the trade just to hold onto the short position.
