One thing many do not realize is that the government has been spending $60-85 billion a month to keep rates very very low since 2008. (Part of QE1, QE2) You have to admit that the only reason FNF are doing record profits is because of the environment that the government has created? They spent over 4 trillion dollars to get the economy and housing market back on its feet.

The printing presses have been running full blast...
