Your due diligence is laughable. They just moved in the Miami store, the bbb reports are from a previous business at the same location. If you look closely on Google maps, you'll find the location.

As far as trusting this regime, I can understand. But I do have to say over the last two years they have been transparent and truthful. They've always came through on what they set out to do. Although not always on time, they do follow through. This last go around with becoming current is horrible. If they don't become current within a couple weeks, it will be a devastating blow to shareholder relations.

If I were not currently invested and just watching, I would wait after they become current to jump in, depending on what's reported anyhow.
