when was the last time anyone heard of anybody being filled below the bid? it looks to me like it might be a share transfer of some sort, or mm's clearing books.

in any case, other than the pps and sideways trend, i'm still waiting for the chart to show me the dilution. redistribution is not the same thing.

i await the inevitable whatever.
