I agree. I'm sure Nick not only wants the chill removed but to up-list before he starts going after new investors. IMO those two events would bring in new ivestors on it's own, but if I was him i'd wait until they are completed before hitting the marketing hard.

Also Q2 numbers would be huge.... 2 Q's in a row with LARGE Revs/profit speaks volumes.
