My reasoning is basically most times that there is some "push higher" a block of shares will get dropped and bringing the price back down the line. I could be wrong, but overall... I just don't see how these blocks of shares are "always" right there to keep us from moving higher. Right or wrong, Peregrine should have some more news soon and can hopefully be enough to lift us out of these discouraging and abnormal pps levels.

Remember.. SOC for NSCLC is worth at least $4B and at around 140 Million shares OS that brings us to $30 and thats leaving every single piece of the pie out of the equation. Like I said before... Garnick, himself, is worth $200 Million in market cap.
