Is there anything tangible to support these claims of nefarious activities on behalf of the company? Interesting timing given the rising short interest here.

Taking into account that they've just recently executed the merger transaction and already have key execs at Cisco Systems publicly lauding their technologies while the stock trades near its 52-week high following a stellar rebound, I believe some restraint is in order here before jumping to too many negative conclusions about UBIQ.

Things like commercial availability of products and major contracts take some time to develop, but judging by the tone of recent press, some very positive things are happening here.
